GetHuman-willroy:Comcast-xfinity ***** horrible customer service, they lie and tell you that someone will call you back, tell that your in a promotion and you gotta pay an early termination fee to end service,even though the person you talked to tells you there is no early termination fee and you can cancel services at any time, I was out service with cable on * of the * tvs for like ** days I changed out two boxes it fixed one tv but the other I changed out twice in the same day, they told me it was probably in my wiring and it could be from $**-$***, Comcast is a ******* joke the better business bureau should shut there crooked asses down and never let them operate in this country again, all they do is steal from there customers and lie to them along with sucky *** services and customer service is ridiculous. You can't even write a review about their sorry asses without picking one star and that's to much for this sorry *** company it needs to like minus also.**Will
