THEN I get a bill for * modems for internet! The people who use fake anglicized names are hard to understand and do not resolve problems. I just called about a billing error being charged for TWO MODEMS, I only have ONE, and here we go again. I have wasted TWO hours. I HATE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am switching to Verizon. I want a number in the US in Delaware where I may get this straightened out.
