~tiredOfNoOptions ToCharter:The customer service people are fine... its the products that have been sucking... e-mail was down for days while a new improved (haha) one was put up.. the new improved one *****.. cant write emails and deleting is a hellish ordeal. When I call I am told email is not part of the paid service, so you get what you get.. then why change the email at all.. could have just left it alone at least it worked! I have gone through four dvr digital boxes, each **** out within a day or two and then takes week or longer to replace... and i have to take time from work to do this. The second to last one went down over christmas.. so family could not watch together in our living room and we lost all the dvr shows that were saved for a reason when they replaced it with a box that went down hours later!
