~Verdell Mosley: Could not talk to an Apple rep, I have sent numerous REQUEST without anything working. I tried to reset, however, each time either my password is incorrect or my I'd is incorrect. I really need this data to be able to use my icloud sign in or my Apple I'd.Please help.
