~andy2000: I have called * times and have not been able to get through to anyone. * times the automated response said that they could not take my call and hung up and the one time i was placed on hold for longer than ** minutes.... I had to leave for a meeting so I hung up!

~andy2000: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~andy2000: For that I would say five out of five.
