She did was made me feel like im the idiot when she didnt know what she was doing. Asked her a question then there would be slience and I thought my phone was being dropped then I said "hello?" And she replyed "im here" and in my head i was like wth ? Inasked yu a question now your turn to talk lols she did that many times to me during our call. Horrible service ive ever had.
