~Matt1377：I was just trying to upgrade my phone and was on hold for a total of an HOUR AND A HALF and was on the call for * HOURS. Yes * HOURS and a manager said I could get this phone for $**.** but didn't have "access" to order it for me so had to send me to the sales department to order it. AfFter she did this, the sales rep said they could not order it for me without adding a second line. I can not believe the incompetency of this company, they don't even have access to cancel orders or bring up certain screens and they were the MANAGER. As soon as my contract is up I am leaving ATT for good, horrible customer service and ruined my entire day on the phone.
