GetHuman-45911:I am attempting to alert AT&T that a young man is pounding on doors stating he is from AT&T. He has approached my home for three days. I never answered. The fourth time I spoke through the storm door and advised him to just go. He approached the home multiple times a day until I answered yesterday evening *:**pm. He flashed a suspect id with no sign of AT&T on it. He wears a neck id holder that just states Connecticut Tech. It is blue. He goes by Carlos. The only reason I opened the door was the pounding on the storm door glass. I live in a very nice area. If your reps. are going door to door...NOT A GREAT STRATEGY! If not, you may wish to alert folks before tragedy is attached to your BRAND.
