~Annette: Making installments on phone* phone bill says to go to store to payoff* went to store to pay off* they couldn't accept my money because bill is combined. Why is that my problem? Only way to pay off is to un-combine my bills? Crazy, crazy, crazy. When did AT&T stop caring about customers? After ** ** years, I will be leaving in July
