I was calling BECAUSE I did not have my account number! But pressing * worked & got me waiting on hold for a rep who was very helpful. She gave me my account number after I verified my identity, & tried to activate my account today, even though initially stating it would take up to ** hours. I was very pleased once I was able to get to a real person.
