Call them to find out whats up, and dude tells me "You have to call within * days of not getting it to send in a form, or you have to (his words) EAT IT for that month. I have not received (well, at least not pertinent to my account) any info from this company about my benefits*etc. Stupid, arcane, bureaucratic..take your pick. Then i spend ** minutes on hold while the guy tells me to email my employer. Soo..what the **** are THEY doing in the mix if its just handled by my employer? AARRRGHH. At least the guy I spoke with was pleasant and empathetic.
