~sharna:I took my bb in as it was switching off and on randomly. They took it in had it for * weeks, i paid R***, the next day the same thing happened. Took it in again they told me its the battery. I bought a new one however the phone did the same think, they now have it for the *rd time and changing my unit. went and collected it they could not find the phone and said they would delivery it to me, im still waiting!!!!!!!!!
