I actually waited *** hrs worth of unresolved minutes of my time, hearing people apologising for everybody elses mistakes but no one was able to help me solve my little problem. It's also amazing that other companies I do business with resolved the same problem in just one phone call with me. Its been over a week and I am still waiting for one of the managers named Linda to phone me back from resolving a simple banking query. Vodacom has just added more and more problems. The ****** number is a waste of time because the staff are not equiped to help everybody.
