~C de Beer:After upgrading today to a Blackberry Z**, I was told by the lady at Vodacom that they still didn't have the software for the model... So They couldn't upload my contacts for example. Then they told me it would take * hours to activate the new sim card that this model needs. I waited for * hours, then seeing that the sim in my old phone had been cancelled, phoned ****** to be informed that they are working on activating my new sim, just how much work is that?! Apparently, it could take up to ** hours! So I am now stuck without a cell phone. Brilliant.
