~RI FIOS AREA:I had a horrible experience with Fios, customer service was terrible! My grand mother recently passed and I attempted to get information from Fios to see if I could transfer her account to my name. After two phone calls lasting an hour each and two trips to a Fios store they finally told me that it was best to start my own account. During that time I was told that the prior bill was not my responsibility. Month later I get two bills from Fios. Again I called, was on the phone for over an hour transfered three times with no help. Had to go to the Fios store where I attempted to get help ( ** min later) they told me they could not help me and I had to pay both the bills. I have no problem paying the bills the problem was being pushed around and not given a straight answer from any Fios service representative. Once I move I will never go with Fios again! Horrible service.
