Eventually got a message that I would be connected to the next available person. Took only a few minutes to connect. It thought I would have a replacement phone on the way but instead...*Tracfone sends an envelope to return my phone then send me a new one. Once I receive that phone I get to call again to have service transferred. Expected time without a phone is * to * days. Oh, great.
