~cohoes:we signed up for service and had our own modem. They kept telling technician for a wireless MAC number which was wrong number and then when I called to confirm they had correct information, they asked for wrong info again. A whole day wasted with the technician coming out three times because they couldn't enter a number from the modem into computer system. Now when I try to get modem moved because of slow service over wireless, they won't answer. The govt. should shut them down.
