~frustratedEXtwccustomer:If you have a choice DO NOT use TWC. They're customer service is horrible and worse they're technical know how is iffy. They were never able to fix an issue I had where I couldnt be on the phone and have internet access. They're excuse was that there was an issue with the wireless router I was using. Yet somehow, I now have comcast, the same wireless router, and I can be on the phone and the net *at the same time.*Oh and never get into a situation where they owe YOU money because they will take their sweet sweet time getting back to you. I canceled my service over a month ago, well before the end of my billing cycle and after being told I'd get my reimbursement in * weeks I'm now told it'll take over * months! I wonder if I can charge THEM a late fee..
