~me:I went round and round with TWC about a payment they said was returned but in fact they never collected from July. But I was told my Sept payment was returned. I asked to speak to a supervisor * times, once in writing but still haven't heard from any. One request was never submitted. I was to be charged $** for their mistake. Nobody had any idea what was going on. My services were cut off. Went to their office and the lady knew exactly what had happened. How did she know but customer service didn't?? The worse experience ever. I was told it would take * to * business days to research. This was Saturday. No one started to research when the problem started. She turned our services on immediately. I'm sure they are done with me. Now our bill has gone up $**.**? So don't complain to them. Before when Insight was our service we had no problems at all. Service was prompt and they actually knew what they were doing. TWC has nothing but screwed us royally. I really do hate them. They
