~Jaimeram88：Time warner has the worst customer service!!! We were on the phone for * hours over a two week period trying to change our plan. We eventually got tired of getting the run around and called our bank to cancel all payments to Time Warner. After we canceled, TW tried to bill us for services we didn't receive. We will never have service from TW again. TW lost a loyal customer after having ** years of service. Since then we have encouraged our extended family to stay away from TW!!!
