GetHuman-354830:Would ask questions over and over without acknowledgeing why so I could explain and tried to blame me for it's own software problem.**Wanted me to pay to have it shipped and repaired because their software did not load properly. Then I would have a refurbished blue ray player with the same old software and when I would go to use Netflix it would want to update the software and quit working again. Stupid. And the customer service (girl had no intelligence and was rude.
