I was assured it would be delivered on Wednesday. It wasn't because the order was sent to a distribution center, which had closed for the day. I had to go my local pharmacy and pay $**.** out of pocket of a pill. The blame their parent company UHC for their inability to provide proper customer service when they make mistakes. They also put patients lives at risk if they don't have the means to compensate for the OptumRx's mistake. It's a vertical monopoly and deceptive marketing at its worst.
