They are a great company responsive and will try to accomodate you by offering options to help service your loan. *One thing though, you must follow up on all calls and you must keep asking the right questions to get the right answers...I must admit it took me * months and speaking to several different people to finally get the answer*modification I needed to keep my home. The funny thing about it when I spoke to the right person he did the modification right then and there on the phone...you must be persistent.
