~Donna:I am only using Social networking because i have tried to contact several times to actually contact the upper level management at Macys and was finally told that it was impossible. There is no way to reach them... all letters, emails, calls ect...go thru the Customer Service department. * So I am copying a letter that I wrote to the executive offices at Macys. If anyone has comments to ad, please do as I think that the executives at Macys need to here the customers that they are trying to have a closer relationship with. *Here is the cut and paste and unfortunately, I have to omit my personal information Hello**I am a loyal customer in Colorado and now New Mexico and have never in ** years had one bad word to say about Macy's or any of my experiences with Macy's in the store or on the phone.
