They will tell you they will ship a replacement out for * day delivery then * days later you will still be begging them to just ship it out no matter how long it takes. I am military and am getting ready to deploy, they will not expedite my replacement to get here before I leave. As if it wasn't bad enough that the toy didn't work when my daughter received it on Christmas now I can't even give her one that does before I leave. Nice leap frog.
