~grandma:This is overseas customer service at it's standard. I paid for several items, never received them and all they could tell me was they were delivered on the **th. I was then told I had to contact USPS or UPS to track them and get back with customer service. Are you kidding me, I work for a living. I don't know why they did not send it signature required. It's been ** days, I have no gifts and they are paid for! Finally had to get my cc company involved. They said they will send out my package one more time, however if I don't get it they will charge me for the shipping for both packages and refund the difference. This is not the service of a large reliable educational company. Are you kidding me - shipping? Send it out signature required in the first place - it's not my problem someone delivered it wrong, but they made it mine! Still waiting.
