~Heather:The actual service I received from LabCorp was fine. The billing services however was absolutely horrible. The representative that I spoke with was a complete ***** to me. I was trying to get things straightened out with my insurance company so that LabCorp could get paid* however, she had an attitude the moment she picked up the phone and it did not change throughout the entire phone call. I have had to deal with a lot of billing situations due to my insurances lack of communication and this was by far the worst I have EVER dealt with. And, it was not just on this call. I have called at least ** times in the past year and each time have been met with hostile employees from LabCorp. I have not had any other problems with other labs (Ntd Labs, for example) or any other medical facilities other than LabCorp. I will definitely try to discuss with my ordering physician to determine if I can be assisted by another lab in the future.
