~Linda:Walked in to get lab work. If it wasn't for room full of patients, I would not have known to reach in window and sign in. Person was keying on computer but gave no acknowledgement. Office is * weeks old and still covered in drywall dust. No handouts in nice new rack. No mags to read. After a long wait, each patient was processes at front desk within a foot of others. No HIPPA compliance here. Everyone knew what you were doing here. It was a one man operation. After imputing your info, same person took you to back room to draw blood. Back room had large boxes standing in middle of floor. Answering machine was picking up all calls and you could easily hear their name, phone number and message. I really felt exposed and wary of lack of cleanliness. Ble Cross*Blue Shield*Keystone you made a grave error in switching from Quest to LabCorp all forsake of the almighty dollar. Obamacare at work.
