~berb:Worse customer service ever. People are nice, but nothing they say turns out to be true. I'm still waiting a month for an appeal that should have been determined in * days. I was told because of their terrible service, I'd have an expedited appeal with an answer in **hours. That was **days ago. Turns out- after hours on hold, that they were faxing the doctor's form to the wrong fax number. I am so sorry to have changed to this company. It's the worse health care company I've dealt with.
