GetHuman-293890:This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Talked to several people about fixing a mistake caused by an employee.. Was transferred to "Marcy," a supervisor, who proceeded to yell and talk over me (some supervisor). Even if the problem couldn't be fixed, it would've been nice to talk to someone who was compassionate and respectful. Your employee made the mistake. You fix it. And if you can't, you should at least have the common courtesy to assist your customer in the best way possible (without being a complete jerk). What are they teaching their employees?!
