Financial documentation has been resubmitted * x due their incompetence, stating they had not receive it. Now my insurance has tripled due to their mistake, my tax credit was taken away. Now I am paying for someone their incompetency. It has been a nightmare trying to resolve issues when they are apparently insufficiently untrained.
