~sandyb585:You can only choose option *. When you reach a representative it's obvious they're speaking from a script. I'm waiting on a refund and was told that it is ** business days before I would receive it. That's ridiculous! Last I checked it was my money and I should not have to wait that long to receive a refund. Be leery of a company that does not have any representatives that are actually willing to assist customers. No matter how many times I called or who I spoke with no one could seem to expedite my refund. Every single person repeated the same thing verbatim. The only thing they were interested in was sticking to the script and telling me what they could not help me with. It was an absolute nightmare! also a great disappointment. I always use this card for online purchases. Needless to say I will no longer be using this card. Once I receive my refund I will be cancelling. it was the most frustrating experience in my life.
