~Robert Brooks:I live on Hastings Street in West Roxbury. We lost our power at *:** AM. A supervisor was there promptly. The crews arrived in what I thought was timely. This otage was caused by the toppling of a huge tree and the lines and poles were all affected. I spoke with several workers and they were all courteous and informative. I want to single out a lineman named Tom. He worked in the bucket for hours. Hec worked as hard as I have anyone work. From the bucket he was lifting lines from several homes.He also inspected the connections to our homes and was very informative about the process. His co workers were also hustling in very trying circumstances.He and the crew are heroes on Hastings Street. Thank you for teir efforts.
