GetHuman-46498:I was trying to get my internet activation status updated on the customer web site. I called and chatted a number of times with Customer Service and Tech reps but all they could do was check my modem and tell me my internet was OK. They could fix a broken TV service or a broken internet service but, they had no clue how everything interacted with the web site. After the final hour long call, bouncing between * departments only to finally get cut off, I wrote an email and sent screen shots. Someone called me back that evening. I explained the problem (in a * minute call) and when I checked the next morning, the issue was resolved. :)
