~Gary R:Comcast's president does not tell the truth. He claims Comcast want great CS and then makes it a secret how to call. My WIFI has been week since I started with Comcast. Shuts off by itself and you must reboot to restart. They raised my rates to over $****mo. with out my knowledge. Internet is the only reason I have used them. They deserve the worst CS in the business which is surprising since many of their people are great. They just do not fix things. Second, I am tired of first going to the Philippines, waising **min their and then starting over in the us. Help, Gary
