GetHuman-352325：Charter needs more qualified service technicians,Very unhappy with recent wifi hookup and feel like were overcharged for our current bill for this service.Tech could not even hook my fairly new laptop to service.I was told to call Acer name on laptop,they charge a fee to help with this.Our I pad works fine. *Also customer service doesn't communicate with technicians very well,they never show in time frame but we have to be there and wait.*Companies should concentrate on giving great service more.Everything seems to about numbers on paper.
