~Phil:There are two methods for reaching customer support at Blackberry and neither of them is appealing. **Call ***-***-**** press * and then one as though you were willing to pay for tech support. A tech support person will answer and you have to give them your info and THEY will contact customer service using the info you gave the tech support person IF you purchased the phone from Blackberry.*I seriously think that if you bought your device from a carrier let them deal with it. If the device wasn't purchased from The Blackberry Store they won't support it and If you bought you device from Amazon you are at a dead end unless you need tech support which will cost you $** per individual incident. **OR call *-***-***-**** This is the number that I was given by the "customer support" person when I asked for a direct customer support number. Evidently Blackberry has completely farmed out their customer service and I mean COMPLETELY. **It has been farmed out to a company named Irive
