~Aggravated:The woman I spoke to was completely useless and basically said if I had any issues I should contact the vendor whom I purchased the phone from and they would contact blackberry. So basically I should just sit tight and continue with a phone that has issues until they get back to me. In other words I should have just gotten an Iphone and I could have just walked into the store and gotten assistance immediatly instead of having a useless woman waste my time and then put me on hold to get a "supervisor" and instead hang up.
