~Jennifer Huong :April the girl help me very nice, I gave her the booking *, and she could not see any reservation I had, she try many different way, like by email, my name, my credit card that I pay, and what hotel that I book...But she did not see my name, and finally she gave me the phone * of the hotel, so I can check to see if I have the reservation. Agoda charge to my credit card on the same day. I email to the hotel, but they did not respond to my email. So I am going to call the credit card to dispute this transaction, even I know that this booking is no refundable. I will never go thru with the third party any more.
