I had to take a day off from work. Guess what? They never showed up. I won't go into the horrible details of trying to reach repair to get an estimate of when they may come. On hold with the ***-***-**** number for over an hour and they told me no one had picked up my ticket to call the ***-********. They were actually helpful, however, said it looks like they will have to reschedule for tomorrow. I already had to take the day off for no one to show up. I asked who I could write to so that I could let someone know that obviously they need to hire more people in repair
