~mpoole32: Less than * minutes before I reached a competent person representing the executive office. My complaint was about getting accurate information regarding the new gigbit service they are installing in my hometown, Charlotte NC. I was given a case * and told I would be hearing back on my complaint within * days. At least as a starting point this number ending **** and the option * * for the executive offices was spot on and very helpful.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~mpoole32: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mpoole32: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mpoole32: For that I would say three out of five.
