GetHuman-50935:I have had nothing but trouble with AT&T for the past * months. Customer Service is a "JOKE". I have had a service call scheduled for * weeks and was given a timeframe of *-** on ** Apr **--it is now *pm and no tech showed or called. In addition, they cut phone service to my land line early in the morning. I have spoken to many rude people, including supervisors,. and then would get disconnected after * calls avg of ** mins.*Do not switch to Uverse if you have an Alarm system. Make sure your Alarm company confirms they are compatible. AT&T said mine was and it is NOT. We have been customers since **** and this is what we get for it. I am beyond mad.
