GetHuman-edandev：I was told the reason my DSL Internet line was going down everyday was done purposely by AT&T to get me on U-verse. I bit the bullet and switched. The install tech was just horrible. Messed up my computer. Would not explain anything. I was on the phone that day from ** a.m. to * p.m. Finally get an appointment for another rep next day and he sends me a text that I'm not home. I was at the front window the entire day waiting. On the phone again for * hours and get no where. Now they tell me AT&T won't allow to switch back to DSL. Furious in Spring Hill, TN. NEVER call AT&T.
