~Mimi Nguyen:I always have the worst experience with AT&T. First off, I moved and added tv service to my internet plan, I had to pay almost $*** for a deposit. They told me that it was refundable, but * people after them including managers said it wasn't refundable. And then months after months, my bills always double or triple the amount that I signed for, and doesn't matter how many people I talked to, nobody gave a darn effort to help me. I wanted to switch but I paid over $*** for deposit so I kept trying to call. I would have given this business a big * if it wasn't for a lady name Katie Collier who spent an hour to help me with the past bills, she also have her manager reimburse the money that they overcharged me for. She deserves * star and a raise. Let her train your customer service people!! * years of frustration, finally I got to speak to someone who is nice and wants to take care of her customers.
