~FACE-DOCTOR:I was losing what seemed to be tanks of gas due to a leaky regulator on my NEW Weber Spirit - I called Weber Cust Service, they free of charge sent out a replacement, that was a few months ago, just open the box to replace the existing one and see that they sent me the wrong size regulator which was for a different grill I owned over ** years ago ? I called today and could barely hear the person assisting me on the phone and she did not seem very eager to assist me, I do realize it is a weekend but she still was not very friendly even though I did resolve the issue and they are sending out a correct size for my grill.
