~Dontbothercalling:I called with a basic ticket question, just wanting to know how one of the add ons worked. As soon as I said I was going to purchase online but just wanted clarification the person said, "well all that information can be found on the website, thanks for calling in and letting us help you today!" and as I was saying "wait you did not answer my question," they hung up. Then the line went quiet and began saying please hold for out short survey, but then the line went completely dead, no survey either. VERY RUDE that unless you are going to buy something RIGHT NOW they cant help you. As if Disney doesn't make enough money. Unless you are ready to make reservations and spend money right now, don't bother calling in. Had to find the answer to my question in a non-Disney forum. Very SAD and pathetic! Disappointed in you Disney! Thought you guys were a little better than that.... guess I thought wrong.
