Since it is for All Visa cards, we should call our Issuing Bank for most inquiries. **This number did answer quickly, the rep was lovely and the brief waiting music seemed to be deep, classical drums. Nice. *The back-story: This number was on my caller ID today, ** May ****. I googled the number, read some recent comments that it is the Reduce-Interest-Rates scam and was then surprised to see it also listed as Get Human's best Visa number with some recent negative comments here. I have some active business pending with my Visa, so I called the number.
