Now it is one lie after another, call passed from department to department, incompetent people or poorly trained people. No phone for a month and VM has my money. Six hours on the phone w* VM so far. Given all of the complaints all over the Internet, anyone who gets a mobile phone from VM now is trying to get ripped off. I think keeping customer money is how Branson keeps his planes in the air.
