GetHuman-161202:I had a difficult time getting a human voice. The choices were vague. I finally pushed zero serveral times and I got a human who trasferred me to another number where the wait time was about * minutes. But, the problem regarding our bill was not solved. So, we have no idea why the check was not received or cashed and credited to our account. The whole thing regarding the July bill is still mystery. I know I wrote a check and mailed it the middle of August. So, we are just waiting to see what happens to our service!
