~coflanagan:I lost my phone but did not realize it until several hours later. Called Verizon, the wait was not bad as I had a book to read. The representative was Guillermo who lives near Modesto California and he could not have been nicer or of more help. Worried about having to get a new phone if mine didn't turn up, I told him that I don't like to visit my local Verizon store because of a previous experience of pushy, aggressive sales people and I am not the only one who feels this way. Guillermo was kind and sympathetic and geve me several ideas and checked to see if I had insurance. I would like to say thanks to him, as it was a pleasant experience to speak to such a helpful person. He gets an A* today.
